PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

Mr. Willer had been employed with Certified Testing Services, Inc. since 2002. His responsibilities in the laboratory and the field include testing and inspection of soils, masonry and concrete. He is also responsible for reviewing test results and preparing reports.
