PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

Mr. Nelson had been employed with Certified Testing Services, Inc. since 2004. His responsibilities in the laboratory and the field include testing and inspection of soils, masonry, concrete and steel. He is also responsible for reviewing test results and preparing reports.
